It's been a little over 4 months since my last writing here. I just had my 6 month follow up appointment yesterday and I'm still clear as far as the cancer goes. Didn't have to do scans this time because the ones back in May were clear. My last writing I was down 62 pounds and as of this writing it's 85 pounds. My doctor says it has helped in my recovery. In May 2017 I go for my 3 year check-up. If that is clear then my doctor may suggest coming back every year as compared to every 6 months. This last appointment was the first time I was back 6 months from my previous appointment from every 3 months I was coming back for. Life is good and luck continues to be on my side.
